5/3 Bank

an electronic check was generated to pay a comcast bill of 181.59 it caused an over draft- fee 25.00. the account was 200 miles from my home i cannot even get comcast where i live. comcast says they have no account in the name or service at address on check that was printed out for me by 5/3 bank. police report filed bank report filed- bank insist i have to wait 30 to 120 days to get my mony back. WHY?? this is clearly not of my doing. I do not have aND EVERY TIME IHAVE BEEN ASKED I HAVE REFUSED OVER-DRAFT PROTECTION .THEIR "POLICY TO ACCEPT ANY ELECTRONIC CHECK REGARDLESS OF ACCOUNT STATUS CAUSED THEM TO ALLOW THIS INCIDENT TO OCCUR. IT HAS NOW BEEN OVER 30 DATS
