Kay Van of Financial Relief

Kay was to do the paperwork for the modification loan. She appeared to be doing the work until March 27,2013 when she stopped answering the phone and did not answer any e-mails. We had a problem getting the last payment of $225 with e-bank so she called every day. She has not sent a notice that she was going to cancel and her attorneys address, which she referred to all the time but did not give his name, is the only way to cancel. She has had a month to get her stuff together or send us a full refund.
