ChiFang Cheng

Company sent an invoice, for 3 pairs of shoes, then requested payment through Western Union. Payment was made, and picked up, no tracking number as promised. Also, seller didn't answer any of my 10 emails. Finally, today May 1ST, I received only 1 pair of shoes and they aren't anything like the ones I ordered.
