Financial Approval Network

At approx. 10:30 last night, Financial Approval Network, tried to take from my, ADP card, 79.87.
This morning at about 8am, ADP Fraud Prevention called me at work to tell me about this situation, that the F A N tried to take the money from my card. It didn't go through, and my current ADP card has been canceled. A New card has been requested from ADP and I have now been told that the new card is on it's way to me.
My ADP card is the card that has been issued to me by the company that I work for as my PAYROLL, instead of a paper check. The new card, one that I can use will not arrive for the next 10 to 13 days, this will be over the time period of TWO paydays. I will NOT have any money for this period of time.
I have talked with ADP Fraud Prevention, ADP Customer Services, my Payroll office, and my Landlord. At this time I think that I have spoken with everyone involved.
I think that my next step is to talk with my attorney. I really would like to sue Financial Approval Network for all the frustration that this has caused me.
I will be without a paycheck for about a month, just because of a companies greed.
