Hewlett Packard

Hello I need to know if it is common practice for HP computers to fry so soon? bought jan 14 2013 fried march 03 2012. i called and was told it had 20 months warranty left so i had to wait for a box and send it in. i packaged it so carefully with their 2 ends as well as air bags around pc. when i sent my pc in there were no cosmetic damages. i get it back from service center and it has had extreme mishandling damages to the point that the screen is bent. i have expressed this to many people they talk to me like i am stupid and i need glasses. i do not feel that i should have to have this pc repaired as i did not break it and i would never have bought a pc with damage like this. its bad enough its brand new and i had to send it to the service center already. I have being without a personal pc for over 2 months now i only owned it for 7 weeks. it forced me to use my company laptop witch until 2 months ago had never being hooked to the internet because i do my company books on it, what if i had no second pc what would i do then as i can see so far no one cares about customer service actually i think they go sit in classes to learn how to piss people off and make HP look terrible, do you monitor your page on facebook? do you see how many unhappy people there are, i have to believe its for good reason as i know my complaints sure are. also i would like to know if this was the pc of your CEO's family would they also be treated in this manner in fact can you please send this letter to the CEO and see if she thinks this is the way you treat a loyal to this point HP customer. I have sent pictures to HP and they seem to think its plastic that has being popped of during shipping it is popped back because screen is bent and i feel i should be getting new pc with full warranty of what i had when this pc was sent in i should not be loosing my brand new pc to a broken repaired one and 2 by the time this is all said done it will be close to 3 months warranty as well again please forward to CEO as this page says i am contacting CEO.

thanks for your time
