Advanced Tech Support

I had compatibility problems after installing a software they recommended - Panda. My computer read that the printer was out of ink, when in fact it had brand new ink. After 3 sessions, each lasting at least 3 hours, the compatibility issue was not solved. I asked to have Panda removed and discontinued their support services as well. The printer started working immediately after Panda was removed. I have received a refund for the support services but after several calls still have not received a refund for the Panda.
