Scott R. Roberts, D.M.D(Dentist)

My husband and I paid Dr roberts through a finance company up front for dental work to be done.He would not start until he signed us up so the finance company would pay him up front. The finance company, Springstone, paid him 4765.00. We had all the work done but before my husband, Jay, got the last crown done (each crown-1250.00)he went into cardiac failure and had to have heart surgery.
I called his office and spoke with Kelly, who set up the finance arrangement, and told her that Jay was having heart surgery and would not be able to have his last crown done. I asked her to refund to Springstone the 1250.00 so they would credit our account.
She said she would have to ask the dentist. She never called me back, and I finally called her, but my call would go to voicemail and she would not call me back.
I called Springstone to tell them of the situation and after a few months,a credit of 909.00 showed up on my statement. I called Springstone and told them the amount was 1250.00 and Dr. Roberts still owed us 341.00. The 341.00 was credited to my account, but only for a month or two. The 341.00 was again added to my statement to pay, and Springstone sent me a letter telling me the inquiry was closed.
Please help me recover our 341.00.
