Top Choice Merchant

I assumed everything would be posted on the website they gave me, but they have no location info, no direct phone number to the person I need to contact or anything. They told me they were accredited by bbb. The ladys name was dora and she called me from 619-327-9145 this all happened yesterday 4/29/13, but when I tried to call back today 4/30/13 there was a guy that came on the answering service telling me to call 1-800-506-9694, which is suppose to be their customer service line, or so they say. All I keep getting is their machine, and no call backs from anyone, which is what made me suspect it was a scam. They told me it would be $214 to get lincensing and 49 cents a month after the first 2 weeks.They also said that I have 3 days to cancel, but how can I cancel when I cant get anyone on the phone??? They told me that all I needed to do was advertise and hand out business cards, and I would get back 2% of what they make off of the company that invests in them. I barely have a dime to my name so I really don't want them to get away with my money, and in the fear of them continuing to take money from me as well, because they have my credit information.
