he customer service was beyond atrocious. I ordered the animal hat and mitts through a group buying site in November which should have arrived by Christmas. They did not. Contacted them in early January (when you could still order the item on their own website which they didn't even know) to be told they have been delayed but would be back in stock and shipped to me as soon as they arrived. I chose to wait. Contacted them again in March (never once did they contact me) to find out they were still on their way. End of April, contacted them again and they found out 'last week' (yea, I just fell off the turnip truck) that they would not be supplied but I could have 2 crappy choices for the one I purchased. Am now going back to group buying website to get my money back. They strung me along and never delivered anything. NEVER EVER buy from them. They will never contact you to let you know what is going on. You have to contact them everytime and it is always 'we just found out' that the item is delayed/unavailable/whatever/etc. Had to explain the whole thing to my disappointed daughter after telling her for 4 months that the item was coming.
