I ordered the free trial of this cream and paid the shipping of $3.99. Somewhere in very small print it said you needed to cancel within 10 days or you would be billed the full price. Well, I started calling the company several times a day beginning on day 5. Each time I called I got an announcement saying something like "due to the high volume of calls no one can take you call, please try later." Well, on day 11, I finally got through to someone who told me it was too late to cancel and that I was responsible for the full price of this product. I explained that I had been trying to call for several days, and that I even documented the day and time of my calls, to which he replied- 'yes, I know, we have software that tells us when you called'. I didnt think about that until afterwards, but they probably intentionally DO NOT answer your calls until day 10 passes and you can no longer cancel the order. Very slimy. He offered to charge me 1/2 price and I told him that was completely unacceptable since I had called several times within the proper time period. Now I have to waste my time disputing this with my credit card company. It is because of companies like this that I will NEVER again take advantage of a "supposed" free trial. This is the last time this will happen to me!
