Timeshare Problem Solvers, LLC

I SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY ON 07/10/12 AND PAID THEM $600.00 TO RENT 6 TIMESHARE GETAWAYS. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING, WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN VOICE MAIL MESSAGES OR EMAILS. I HAVE THE OWNER'S PERSONAL CELL PHONE NUMBER AND HE TOLD ME THAT HURRICANE SANDY CAUSED MANY CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS AND IT WOULD PICK UP AT SKI SEASON, VALENTINE'S DAY, SPRING BREAK....NOTHING. THEN BASICALLY I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL ME WHEN THEY HAVE SOMETHING....THEY DON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS OR CALLS. THEY TOOK MAY $600 AND DID NOTHING AND NOW I HAVE EMAILED ABOUT REFUNDING MY MONEY AND THEY WON'T ANSWER ANYTHING. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP?
