I purchased a panasonic microwave from Appliance World in August, 2012. It was taken to Hitek repair two months ago for a warranty problem. It is still there and they tell me they have had some issues with it. They told me they had to replace the magnatron and some other parts and to date I have not got it back. I then phoned Panasonic about the problem two times and each time they give me a reference number and say they will call me back. I have never heard from them either time and I am getting nowhere from there customer relations department. These are the reference numbers they gave me. (40907 & 41860 ) Here is the information I can give you regarding both parties.
