I ordered the "free trial" with payment of shipping only on March 28, 2013. Got it in the mail. Nothing about the company or anything about the product in the box. got my most recent Discover statement in the mail and noticed a $97.88 charge on April 11. I called the company and was told becuase I didn't return within the trail date, I was being charged for the product. I had no idea about any "trial period" or charge and I certianly didn't authorize that amount on my credit card. I offered to send the product back for refund (even though I was not told the "trial" period but they refused and basically told me to have a good day and hung up on me. What is my recourse?
