Ladewig Madoc

I cannot believe I didn't search his name before I got scammed. If you think this can never happen to you like I did then think again!! I was looking for a Bengal kitten and found these 2 gorgeous ones on Oodle classifieds. He emailed me and had pictures of the kittens with what I thought was him holding them, he said he needed a home for them because he could no longer give them the time and care they needed. All he wanted was $300 each for transporting them to me. I decided to keep them together and I paid for both of them through western union. The next day I get an email from a company called global pet insurance stating that I need to pay $2200.00 for insurance on the animals before they can be borded on the flight. At this point I knew I had been scammed. I informed the person on the phone that I was not paying them $2200!!! They even tried to scare me by saying if I didn't pay it that I would face animal abandonment charges. I told them I don't think so because I would be happy to pick them up myself. I was hung up on. Needless to say the messages did not stop I am still getting them from Ladewig stating that if I pay him $780 he will make sure he delivers them to me himself. He insisted I go and wire him the money. I basicly told him I do not trust him and he may have gotten $600 out of me but he will not get a dime more !!!
