Libertyville Chevrolet

We stopped in to purchase a Chevy Avails, on 4/20/2013. We were told everything was ok by the Finance and Sales staff. We got a call on 4/ 19/2013, Saying we had to return the vehicle , To bring keys and truck back on 4/20/2013, because the financing was not approved. My husband and I drove for an hour to return the vehicle, And had to pay $ 70.00, In Gas and Tolls. When we arrived the Finance guy, Matt Larson/ Ken Smith , Spoke to the General Manager about the Transunion Credit Report, And was told to fax over proof that the Mortgage was up to date . I also let them speak to the Mortgage Company regarding are payment History . . After they're conversation the General Manager said for us to take the vehicle back home, And the keys were given to us once again. We kept it another week, And got another call on 4/26/2013, saying to return the vehicle again on 4/27/2013. I feel we were treated very bad and do not recommend any one who is considering purchasing a vehicle from this company to Run,Run, Run. They shake your hand, And Smile, Then Lie in your face. It's your decision, I wouldn't want anyone else to experience the embarrassing situation we were in showing the truck to family and friends.
