Vitalyze And Sylkskin Products

They lie, they hang up on you. If you get some one who speaks proper English they do what they say(only happened once). everyone with an accent tell you yes, it has been done, 1-78 hours, 5-10 business days, now 14 days, and you will see it appear back on your credit card (still nothing). They told me i would get a call within 24 hours to solve the error that has accured. Becuase i used the word bull&- they hung up on me, They told me that it has been reported and gone to the higer department so i asked fro the number to them. I called another number for the higher up department, and spoke with Olie (only name i know how to spell) who said that we don't have an higher department, but it has been processed. I have been waiting since January 10, 2013 for payment and I call at least once a week and get very upset, with not speaking with some who speak proper english or it a very terrible connection and can't hear them very good. THEY DO NO GIVE THE NAME OF THEIR COMPANY, THEY ARE JUST A CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDER.....AND THEY SUCK AT IT.............
