Landy Guo, North Face Jackets Cheap (Receiver: wei fan)

On December 19, 2012, I purchased what I believed to be an authentic North Face Turquoise and Black Women's Denali Jacket. On December 28, 2012 I received my order. The material was very thin and seams on jacket were crooked and jacket obviously was a fake. I emailed the customer service department to let them know I was unsatisifed with the jacket and would like an address where I can return the product. They emailed me back giving me a run around asking for photos of the jacket (which I did not provide because it was unnecessary), then told me if I wished to return the jacket, I had to pay the shipping fee back & forth plus credit card fees and transaction fees totaling $90 and said they would only refund $30 to make up for my loss. I told them this was unacceptable and they finally provided me with an address in China on January 3, 2013 and told me once they receive my return item I will receive a refund in about two months. I mailed the product back to them on January 5, 2013. To date I have not received a refund and have emailed the company again on April 9, 2013. Now the emails get bounced back at me saying that the mailbox is unavailable. I doubt I will ever receive a refund and that I have no hope of ever getting my $100.78 refund credited to my credit card, but I am making this complaint to put a stop to these bogus companies from China and probably other parts of the world selling FAKE products and masquerading them as AUTHENTIC designer goods.
