Toshiba

I Bought A toshiba lap top on December 20th 2012.March 3rd is when the problem's began.i called tech support because e mail was not wotking. they told me to send it in for repair which i did. they sent me a box and lable sent it to them the day they recieved the lap top they sent it back saying they repaired the hard drive. when i got it back another problem started i got nothing. nothing was working i called tech support again. they told me to ship it out to get repaired again. i shipped it out on the 20th of march and they kept telling me they were waiting for a part. i called again to see why i have not got it back yet, i told them i should get a full refund. so i got my lap top back yesterday which was april 9th. they said they replaced the motherboard on the lap top. which it should be working like a new lap top. but it is still not working and they refuse to give me a full refund. now they want me to ship it back again for repair. i am very up set with toshiba. i think i should get a full refund. how many times do i need to send this in for repair.
