Registered for a free trial of their skin care products. Samples took five weeks to arrive (I'm in Australia). By this time they had charged me AU$100 for the first supply of goods. They said I could return the goods for a full refund. I returned them, unopened, in perfect condition, exactly as they instructed. They refunded the first AU$50 but I waited for two months for the second AU$50. When I contacted them they asked for the "tracking number". In Australia our standard postage does not have any sort of tracking number. They did NOT instruct me to mail the goods by any type of trackable method. They now say that they have no record of the goods being received. They have refused to refund the second AU$50.
