I had joined previously and was dissatisfied with the service because this site didn't have the type of person I was looking for. I cancelled several months ago, but I kept getting emails from them. Today when I did look at this site I accidentally hit the button that gave me an upgrade, but that was not right because when I joined previously I had the minimum membership for one month, but this membership automatically gave me the most expensive membership for 1 year. There was no asking me what I wanted to upgrade to, or no confirmation, just an automatic upgrade to the highest priced membership. I called my bank immediately and they said the funds had been taken out of my debit card and possibly I could dispute it, but I couldn't do that til it appeared on my statement. I have emailed Customer Service with no response. No one answers the phone because it's the weekend.
