I am a season ticket holder and have been since 1990. I always purchased the same seats in the Opera House which were Q52 & Q54 and part of being a season ticket holder is you are guaranteed your seats. I requested these again last year and was promised I would have them. I went to the ballet this past saturday after already attending 2 of the ballets this season in those seats and I had someone else sitting in my seats on Saturday and was put in another section in worse seats that I had and further away from the stage. These seats were changed without my knowledge or permission. I paid for the other seats.
