Optima Cigs

In January I ordered the starter pak and asked for the variety pak. Did not receive for 4 weeks, then, before I received them, was charged 167. for the auto ship plus the 4.99 for the starter pak.I received a FAULTY battery, and did not receive the variety pak I asked for. Finally received a variety pak shipment on Feb. 9, New shipment was to be shipped out on Feb. 19. I called to see if I could get them sooner, knowing their shipments took a month to get.After the call, I received an email saying home autoship was cancelled. Called again, they said it wasn't cancelled. I Never received the filters but was charged. I called 4 times. All 4 times they said they trackecd them, I would receive on tues. the 26th. Never received them. I called today. To start with they lied and said they tracked them and they were at the post office. I see my postman daily,have been enquiring. I just got off the phone with them and they said they would send me a "courtesy shipment". Not an overnight shipment either. But a standard shipment. When I asked why It wasn't sent on the 19th, they hung up. I have been lied to every call i've made. None of the batteries work with the filters. They make it your fault, if you complain (even nicely) they will hang up on you, with your money in their pockets and with no filters or working batteries. They are rude on the phone and to talk with a supervisor is almost impossible. When i did talk to the supervisor and explained everything,calmly, he just hung up. I will call the BBB of Florida.
