DVD Gato

I ordered the complete little house on the prairie set as a christmas present for my mom. I placed the order on dec. 13th 2012. I used my debit card and the money was deducted from my account on dec, 17th 2012. It is now the end of february and I still have not received what I paid for. I checked my bank transactions online and the name that appeared for the transaction was -XEO VENT OAKVILLE ON- I never received a cofirmation e-mail for the purchase so I started e-mailing them. I received many e-mails from the company telling me that it should be there soon, be patient. Well it has been over 2 months and I have no more patients. I went online today(2-25-2013) and I can't even get to the website now. I have saved all the e-mails to and from this company. I am out $99, and have nothing to show for it.
