Please be informed that on January 19, 2013, I bought one 320 ml. of Pomegranate Scalp Care Hair Pack conditioner, and Pedicure Sparkle from Skin Food Store in Northridge Store, with the assumption to decrease the amount of hear lost. I used it as they informed me; every other day, total of three times, the lost of hear was worst then before. In addition, the color on the nail polish was different when I used it at home. I told them and wanted to return the total product, and they informed me that their policy is, ones the product is open there is no return. I asked for the return and exchange policy and they show it to me that it was on the front desk, close to the cashier. I asked the associate if I can change the color of the nail polish for another that I know it will be the same, and decline, I asked the associate if I can get the tester that it is half way used and she agreed to take my new nail polish and gave me the used and old tester.

My questions is how can one try without opening the product? Can a company make their own company’s policy rules?

Can I get my refund plus tax for the Pomegranate Scalp now that I asked the associate for their tester? $30.60 plus tax.
