Tesco Great Yarmouth Norfolk

just to express my dissatisfaction at purchasing my product as above on the 10/12/12,i realize that without a receipt you cannot do anything about replacing the cartridge but having purchased it along with my usual shopping it would be unlikely for me to have kept it.
The cartridge ran out of ink after only printing 10 sheets of paper and i know this to be abnormal as purchased my previous cartridge from yourselves.
Having just spent 160.00 pounds on a new t.v from tescos and a long standing customer i do feel a little disgruntled at being told there is nothing we can do.
I just wanted to express how i feel even though without a receipt you cannot really help me.
