SoTrail

I requested a free trail sample and several times after receiving it and relizing that it was not for me cancelled. I received no more products but continued to be charged for the products. Request that the above amount be returned. Cannot understand why when cancelled the product is no longer delivered and I am still being charged. In fact I returned the product without opening and again cancelled and thought it was over. I was wrong. I am continuing to be charged.
