I ordered the only thing my daughter asked me for for Xmas, a Coach handbag and a wallet to match. This was on 12/07/12. After several weeks with no mdse and no shipping confirmation, I investigated. The money was taken out of my account the same day. I was having a bunch of dead ends trying to figure out what was going on. I was lucky enough to receive the products but after 2 weeks of use, they are both damaged. I am trying to get this resolved starting with my credit card company. I was more fortunate than others in not getting my account drained and in getting the product. Check out the fashionpay web site. Once you get it in English (unless you read Chinese) they may contact you as they did me. Good luck!!!
