Received mail from them stating that they could help with my mortgage and that it would take no more than 3 months and it has now been one year with a few calls from them and no results. I call and it's always someone new on my case and this is after trying to get a working number. I have spoken to at least 5 different people who never get back to me. The one letter that was sent to me was something with some generic looking letterhead on it and nothing since. Periodically I will get an email stating that they need documents now and then no response to my calls (if I have a legit number) or emails. They rush you to give them money up front. Stay away from these people, a real law firm wouldn't do something like this. Seeking a refund!!!
