My Message:

This is all news to me. I was given a complimentary gift for supplying my viewpoint on a product. At no time was I aware that I would be receiving a " trial" gift which, if I didn't want it I had to return it. What I received was a bracelet that didn't even look like anything shown on the form provided on the web and to top it off, it wasn't even feminine looking. As a matter of fact I gave it to my teenage grandson. Had I known the true cost I certainly wouldn't have kept it. Your ad is very deceiving. I notice that when surfing the web a pop up keeps coming on asking for some feed back with the promise of a "free" gift. This form of soliciting business should be against the law.

I will certainly advise all my friends and relatives of this practice to warn them of this bait.
Please ensure that no other charges are placed on my master card.

My Message:
My master card has been charge $98.00 U.S. on January 6th. posted on January 8th, 2013 for the above amount.
I have not purchased any items from your firm. The only item correctly charged was for a promotional bracelet for $4.99 which I have paid and received. I therefore request you reimburse my master card account'
for the above amount.
