Like other parents with complaints, I registered 2 of my kid's photos for the contests, totaling about $40. Next you are directed to get your "FREE" gifts! One photo mug and one set of comp cards per entry. So I go through the order, using my "FREE" rewards, and my items arrive fairly quickly (within a week). I check my banking account and there I notice a charge for $68.30.

I went to the website to dispute the charge. I used their email webform and I received an auto-reply email stating that they will get back to me within 48 hours, but if you have a more urgent matter you can call their (888) phone number. They also redirect you back to the website. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited 2 days to hear back. Nothing.

I emailed again using the web email form, as they suggest. No reply.

I finally tried calling their (888) number to get a more immediate response. The voicemail system doesn't even have a human greeting; it is totally robotic, but they say they will get back to you as soon as possible. So I left a message. Again the next day. Again the next day. No responses whatsoever.

******WARNING******
Nobody should engage in this site; they keep your credit card number on file and if/when you have a problem you will NOT be able to get help! I have now gone through my bank to make a fraud claim but now I have to wait for a new card and I have to set up any other legitimate auto-payments all over again. WHAT A MESS!
