My Tech Help posed as Dell Support and stated my warranty expired and needed to get a new warranty contract to have my laptop serviced. When I asked if they were Genuine Dell they said yes. I gave them my credit card information. After they processed the payment the instructions to get service did not follow with my past experience with Dell. I spoke with their billing department and they hung up with me when I said I do not want this charge on my card. I called the Tech Support number and when I asked again if they were Dell, they hung up on me. I have phone records of 2 calls close to 90 minutes with this company. Prior to hanging up, they said they removed the charges. I checked with my financial institution and this charge is on my card and it does not match any of the quotes for maintenance nor is it anything I wanted to purchase from them. I do not know where this charge came from and I will never do business with this company. If there is any legal process to file against MYTech, I want to be involved. They are truly a Scam company and they need to have criminal charges filed against them.
