I've made a purchase of Clarisonic Mia Sonic Cleansing System from the Blue Outlet as a Christmas gift on 12/5/2012 and got confirmation and the amount was drafted from my credit card account. On 12/11/2012 I emailed [email protected] as I still had not received any shipment confirmation but only received an automated email reply. I emailed again on 12/29 and got the same auto-reply. Now on January 17th, I still don't hear anything from them, let alone shipment confirmation. I cannot access their website either. It seems to be a scam rather and I guess my money is gone.
