I was led to think that I was taking a survey for Kohl's and as a thank you they gave us a choice of three different items....I chose a watch, all I had to do was pay 5.98$ to cover S&H only to find out 14 days later that this thank you gift was only on trial and then they charged my account for the full amount....I called and sent messages at their support to ask for a return # and they refused to give me one, saying the 14 days were over.....The charge was dated on Dec.31 so there was no way I could contact them then due to Holidays so I did as soon as I could and that is the answer I got, a refusal.........
I contacted the support dept. again with my bank, asking to reverse charges and the person we talked at the support dept. was very rude and put the phone down on us............All I want is a return # so I can send that watch back to them and get a credit in my account.....and also, the watch itself is a knock-off, I saw it on E-Bay for 10.00$....
