I recently went through my account online statement and found a card transaction for $8.60 from a BUDDYBE I have never done business with this company so I called and spoke to an "Emily" who gave my name and address. When I asked her when this was done she gave me a run around.Then she hung up on me. I called again and this time spoke to "Katy". She hung up on me. Called again and spoke to "Emma". She put me on hold indefinitely. I called again and now the phone line is busy. Now I pay $6.99 a month with my bank for security protection which doesn't seem to work. I'm not sure if I will get the money back but I do know this. I work for the Department of Justice and I plan to follow through in notifying the Federal Attorney General about this.
