Cellean

I (stupidly) responded to a "free trial" offer of Cellan and Coleanse, written up on a health magazine's web page. Before I received the products, I changed my mind and emailed their Customer Care email address to cancel the orders. They offered me a discount to continue.I said thanks but no thanks, I would like to cancel. I thought that was the end of it but not only did the "free trial" products arrive but very soon after, more products arrived and in December, my credit card had been debited twice for $95.95 plus $2.40 international debit fee. I emailed yet again, to be informed that I needed to phone to cancel - they don't accept email cancellations, although they accept orders over the internet! I tried on several occasions to phone from Australia, using the country code etc and each time I tried I got a recorded message saying the phone number was not in use and to check the number again. After to-ing and fro-ing, with Christmas, family illness etc, I completely forgot about the whole thing until another shipment arrived yesterday. So I have two more boxes of the stuff and am another $200 poorer - that's $400 in a couple of months.
If anyone knows a phone number that's actually connected that I can phone them on, I'd love to hear from you. Also, if you have been able to get your order cancelled, please tell me how!
