BreakFree Aanuka Beach Premier Resort

We booked a room here through but decided to cancel as we didn't require it. When i cancelled i had to push that i was "death" as there were no other options that would come up on my mobile through the app. there policy says that if you cancel 14 day prior there will be no charge but if you cancel after the 14 days you will loose one nights fee. we are happy to loose this 1st night but we want our other $237 back. they claim that if i don't send them the death certificate we will not get the money back. this was not stipulated in the cancellation policy. HELP
