On 11-14-12 I tried taking advantage of the two for 39.95 clutch offer. I tried using a member credit that was issued after I skipped for the month (as I've been doing for the past 6 months) the order did not use my member credit, but charged my account without even so much as showing a final order page to confirm the charges. Upon calling to cancel not only the order, but my account, I waited on hold 20 minutes each 3 times before getting so frustrated I hung up. The order, which could be easily cancelled seeing how I called within 5 minutes of ordering, was already charged to my account before even being processed. I will be calling the bank to dispute the charges in the morning. Online there is no option to cancel a single order, but offering a promotion to current members, but not allowing them to use their 39.95 credit (same price as the total for the items) is misleading and I never authorized them to charge my account rather than use an existing credit. The FAQ portion of the website specifically states that credit cards are charged at the time the item ships, but clearly this was not the case in this situation. Misleading and false information posted on their website.
