On June 1st, I ordered for my sick cat medication "Restrhyro for Cat Hyperthyroidism". On June 8th, when I was leaving my house to work, mailman came delivering the package with the medication. I did not accepted the package, because my cat passed away day before, so the mailman said "no problem, I will send this package back to the returning address.
I called customer service right away explaining what happened. I was told ,i will get my money back once they receive their package.
Now 5 months passed by and i still did not get my money back. I called several times, also sending e-mails, and nothing happened, they still saying we did not get the package.
I did contact my USPS, talked to supervisor who told me,package was sent back next day June 9, 2012.
I am very, very upset how the costumer service handled my situation. I did not even touch that product, did not use it, called right away to let customer service know what happened. They just don't want to return my money i paid.
