Robert Ageenko

Robert Ageenko the seller of a 2009 harley fat bob and myself agreed on a selling price of $5,800. I would send him 2,900 and he would ship the bike to my address. I then received an email from ebay motors stating that they started the transaction and will follow with an invoice, which i did receive. i also received an email stating mr. Ageenko was in good standing and was insured by ebay for $10,000. I then sent mr. Ageenko the 2,900 and waited for his next email. He stated he did receive the deposit and would start the shipping. My next email was from ebay motors stating mr Ageenko needs the remaining balance in order to get the bike insured during shipping. I since have emailed ebay and mr. Ageenko asking to get my deposit back since the agreement was broke. I keep getting unable to send when i email ebay and haven gotten no response from mr. Ageenko.

This is a fake complaint against Mr. Robert Ageenko.
Is only one Mr. Robert Ageenko in the whole world. He lives in Cornelius, NC and he has never lived in TX. Mr. Robert Ageenko has never sold anything on internet under his name. And this mentioned transaction has never happened nor in Ebay, nor in any other place.
