Yr Benefits/Iben Med

Same scenario they did to my mother as the previous complaints against this company .My mother with dementia was asked to give her bank account number to take out the amount of $447.34.We were told to make a call every week to get a refund and have IBEN MED REVIEW OUR CLAIM. We did call every week we got the same answer ,that they are waiting for the company to give the refund.Today NOV. 14 at 10:55 pacific time YR benefit third party customer service said that the company we dealing with had closed its business,that they as customer serivce cannot help us to get to the company they are dealing with.We have been trying to get to the bottom of this unfortunate situation since June 2012 and they still have not stopped taking money from our poor elderly.We do not know how to stop these people victimizing our parents
