Received from phone number 619-961-0201 on my Verizon phone, the following text message: "Your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetContests.com and enter your winning code 6354 to claim your FREE $1000 Target gift card within 24hrs." ... I have also previously enetered my mobile # in the do not call registery so who ever is doing this is in violation.
