I have taken a policy Gold Heating and Boiler Cover from 29-11-2011 to 28-11-2012.I call them for a claim to fix the boiler but they refused and the lady have threatening me with very abusive behavior and shouted at me also start swearing. I have spend almost £180.00 to fix the boiler. This company is disappears.
