I contacted tradersroom company to inform them that i would like to close my account.I was told that i would have to access my account.The total amount of cash in my account is 1440.00.
The system will only allow withdrawal of the amount deposited and require a 7 to 14 day waiting period in which i applied on the date of 10/24/2012 for 1000.00.The money was not return to me but was still actived in my tradersroom account.I contacted laura weds. 11/7/2012 on there chat support line and she said it would be approved friday 11/9/2012.The money was still not released to me.I contacted them again mon.11/12/2012.I was placed on hold for 2hrs. so i terminated the call. I call again and got laura by way of there chat line and requested for money again. After a wait of about thirty mins.i had to sent another message for a response. Laura told me that the pending action had been canceled. I ask why have it been cancel. She stated she did not know. I would have to applied for withdrawal again. According to there policy that would mean another 14 day wait.
