Lazy Boy Store in Ocala Florida

I purchased a sofa the end of June 2012 along with a 1 year full warranty and an extended warranty on the sofa. The sofa was delivered August 8. I noticed a bump in the fabric when it was delivered which came loose and became a pull. The company came out 9/11/12 and took pictures and ordered a new center seat cushion which came in and didn't match the sofa. They now have to send the whole sofa back to the manufacturer and it will be 6-8 more weeks. I am closing on a home in North Carolina this week and plan to be moved by the end of the month. The store is privately owned and Lazy Boy corporate can not do anything to help me and the store says they will not deliver me a sofa to N.C. and they will not give me a refund. I am now sitting with 2 chairs that they brought me to use in my home, no sofa, and the store credit which is only good in Fl at thier store, less the 40.00 delivery fee plus tax so they will only give me a credit of 888.00. I am disabled on a fixed income and with my closing I don't have extra money to buy anything else. I did go into the store to see what else they had and found 1 sofa in the store that had a 100.00 more on it but it is in the wrong color. I told them that I was not happy with what they had to offer but if they would do an even exchange I would except it, just to be rid of the problem and have a sofa again. They said no deal. Don't know what to do now.
