Got online 11/12& had 2 charges submitted by no merchant name/amt shown but when I got online 11/13 charges were for 2.50 and 39.95; went to the website did a "live chat" at which time I was informed I had subscribed to 11/11/2012 at 3:03pm I then informed them I did not authorize this charge and the address used was the account created was over 2 yrs old. They then said they would reverse the charges & I would no longer be billed. I have already contacted my bank but of course I cannot file a fraud complaint until the funds are taken from my account. I do see where BBAYSUPPORT has already submitted a reversal of the 39.95 charge but it remains to be seen if all goes well. I want to know now the exact same thing happened to another person but under a different company name; the charges were the same.
