I purchased Microsoft Home and Business from PB Distribution Online in August of 2011. In August 2012 my laptop crashed. Upon attempting during recovery to re-install the software I found that the original download link was no longer valid. The original download address was through mediafire. I contacted them and was told I had to contact PBD. I have emailed them twice with no response. To add insult to injury they continue to email me to encourage me to purchase additional products. The new company-Sharp Media Experts purports to have a LIVE operator.I submitted my info and was given a "please wait one moment". That was over 2 hours ago and I have had no response to the "LIVE"chat. Guess I'm scr%d! Don't make the mistake of doing business with these folks!!!!!
