Azzy Trave Limited

l paid for tickets for my partener and two kids to go to ghana on the 6th of August. Matt Thompson was in charge if this transaction.The airline was turkish.He sent me the itenery which after calling the turkish airline it was right.Matt promised the e-ticket will be issued two weeks before daparture.l transfered the money from my barclays account into their barclays account.Two weeks to the time l was to by Nigel that the ticket price has gone up so either l will pay extra £1130 or they will refund my money to me. l took the second option that is the refund.Since august up till now they have been lying to me. I have spoken to Matt,Nigel,John.Max, Alex.Citizens Advice Bureau have sent them a letter but they are still holding on to my money.
