Purple Travel/Resort Hoppa

we paid for transfer which never arrived.
resort hoppa were unknown at the Paris CDG so had to pay 85 euros in a taxi to hotel.
Returning they apparently arrived 30 mins early waited for 10mins then left, Another taxi which was 135 euros. not happy
