Tronix Country, LLC

Since 11/2009, I have been paying Tronix Country 152.00 a month--mostly by electronic withdrawal from my bank account. Through 3 different banks I have continued to update them and pay. In January of this year 2012, the woman at Tronix Country that I talked with told me that I'd be receiving all the merchandise I'd been paying for! This is when the trouble with them started...that was also the last time I paid them. Through verbal communication with Tronix Country, each person I've talked to is different than the one before and has no idea about my case. They all have foreign accents and do not understand what I am trying to ask for or say. They, the current manager pope simmons lie outright, deny I've paid since 2009, 2500.00 is a small estimate of what has actually been paid by my self and my husband. Being in contact with the County of Fairfax has not resolved my complaints either. Can someone help me? Tronix Country has taken a large sum of money from me, claims I've only paid them 500.00 and going through The County of Fairfax has not resulted in either my money or merchandise back. Tronix Country promised me a laptop computer, a color printer, a digital camera, an LCD TV and more and I've received nothing but the run-around and lies and character-assasination from Tronix Country.
