I placed an order for the Baby Bullet on 31.7.12. The delivery date was 28 days in "cases of extreme demand". After a week I emailed for an ETA, but received no response. I then called, and was told this was a "case of extreme demand", and I'd be contacted by Head Office with an ETA. They never called me. I called twice more, to the same affect - and on the third call a week after the delivery deadline, I asked whether they had actually SENT it. I was informed that they had no stock to send, and didn't know when new stock would arrive.

I then asked to cancel, and was advised that I could only cancel after Head Office contacted me, and that would take a week. A refund could only be issued in 6-8 weeks, if they decided I deserved one. I have additionally sent TVPdirect with a cancel and refund notice.
